It may seem an odd namesake for a steak seasoning, but it does come with a story. In 2020, we lost a lifelong friend, Don Elliott. Don’s long career in the steakhouse industry included ownership of the Wild Horse Grille in Marble Falls, Texas where he perfected a custom spice blend for his steaks and burgers. In his last days, Don shared his recipe with us, and the Wild Horse name is a legacy we are proud to carry on. This all-purpose seasoning is a ranch favorite for steaks, burgers, chicken, vegetables and everything in between!
